  • Rick Chalker

    Rick Chalker has served on the board of directors since 2006. Mr. Chalker has worked for a number of prestigious companies such as Hallmark Cards, Ersnst & Young, LLC and PBI/Gordon Corporation. He has his BS from Yale University and a JD from DePaul University. He is a CPA and passed the Illinois Bar examination.

  • Steve Fox

    Steve Fox has served as a Director since 2004. Mr. Fox has been CEO and General Manager of Quest Capital Alliance L.L.C., a private equity fund since 2000. Previous to this he was with Boatman’s Bank (now Bank of America) where he served in various capacities including Senior VP and Chairman of the Senior Loan committee, Chief Credit Officer/Senior Lender, and Market Executive for Commercial Banking in Southwest Missouri.

  • Caroline Hipple

    Caroline Hipple has served as a Director since 2008. Mrs. Hipple was President and Chief Operating Officer of Storehouse, the national retailer, from 2000 to 2006. During her tenure sales grew from $80m to $150m. Prior to this Mrs. Hipple worked for This End Up Furniture Company. She has received many prestigious awards such as Entrepreneur of the Year (Catalog Success magazine), American Furniture Retailer of the Year (Home Magazine), The WOW Education Award (Women In The Home furnishings Industry Today), and the ARTS award for the most outstanding National Furniture Store.

  • Steve Crowder

    Steve Crowder has served as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of GuildMaster since 2004. Previously, Mr. Crowder served as President of a joint venture between SRC Holdings Corporation and John Deere. Prior to this he was President of ATS Telephone and Data. He has held various senior management positions at British Telecom and McDonnell Aircraft Company. He has served on the Board of Directors for SRC Holdings Corporation, The National Center for Employee Ownership, Springfield Chamber of Commerce, and is President of the Home Accessory Trade Association (ART).

  • Randy Eller

    Mr. Eller was appointed a Director of the Company in 2012. For the past year, Mr. Eller has acted as the Chief Transition Officer for International Market Centers helping the recently formed company through $1.1B worth of real estate transactions in High Point, NC and Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Eller operates Eller Enterprises, of Franklin, Tennessee, a consulting firm serving companies and individuals primarily within the Home Accent, Furniture, and Giftware industries. Prior to this Mr. Eller was a partner and CEO of CBK a premier company in the home accents industry. Under his leadership the Company grew from $10m in annual sales to over $80m annually. He was instrumental in the eventual sale of the company in 2002 to Blyth, Inc., a New York stock exchange company.
