How can I order GuildMaster product?
We sell only to the trade. Consumers can find a retailer near them by searching through our Dealer Locator on our website. As a retailer you may order online. Minimum opening orders are $1,000.
How can I order product offline?
To place an order offline you can fax your order in to 866-330-5347. You can also e-mail your orders to Orders@guildmaster.com.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
The product page should have an up to date reading on the stock levels, however, your best bet would be to call us at 1-800-269-9907 and get an up to the minute reading.
What if I decide to cancel my order?
The sooner the better. Since we ship as ready once we receive your order if it is in stock it may go that day. Once shipped product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
What is your return policy?
GuildMaster guarantees the quality of items sold on our website. If upon receipt of your merchandise you find that some items are damaged, we will gladly exchange it or refund the full purchase price. To coordinate a return, you must call customer service, 1-877-669-3326 to let us know what items you are returning and the extent of the damage to them.

Please return all merchandise within 30 days of receipt. GuildMaster will not accept returned items that are not damaged.
Where does GuildMaster ship from?
GuildMaster operates and warehouses in Springfield, Missouri.
How long before I receive my product?
This is wholly dependent on whether the item is in-stock or not. If the items you ordered are in-stock you can expect to see them within 2-3 weeks. If the items you ordered are not in-stock they will be sent to production once we receive payment for your order and will arrive within 75-90 days.
Delivery & Assembly
What if one of my items arrives damaged?
Your signature on the delivery receipt says you accept the items as they are. Before you sign, visually inspect for damages and make notes on your copy and the driver’s copies. After opening your cartons you discover damage, call GuildMaster immediately or use our online damage claims form. Save all packing and snap a quick shot with your digital camera or use your cell phone camera to record any problems.
When will my credit card be charged?
If the items are in-stock your credit card will not be charged until they have shipped from our warehouse. If the items are not in-stock your credit card will be charged before the items are sent to production.
